OVERVIEW :

Learn to identify diagnose usage and retention issues looking at funnel analytics through a case study. Understand LTV:CAC dynamics and levers to be used to influence it. A high-intensity, hands-on simulation starting with learning the theory to making ruthless decisions to save a dying product. You will diagnose the data, prioritize the fix, map the user journey, and write the specs to get it built.

Note: This is a two-day event conducted on 29th November 2025 and 30th November 2025.


AGENDA

Day 1

  • The Diagnosis (Data Analytics): Analyze real-world funnel data to spot the "Leaky Bucket" and calculate Unit Economics (LTV, CAC).
  • The Discovery (Problem Solving): Use the "5 Whys" technique to move from data symptoms to the root human problem.
  • The Solution (Prioritization): Use the RICE or Impact-Effort framework to ruthlessly prioritize the one feature that will save the quarter.

Day 2

  • The Definition (PRD): Write a clear, professional Product Requirements Document (PRD) for your solution.
  • The Visualization (User Story Mapping): Learn to map the full user journey and "slice" it to define a viable MVP.
  • The Execution (User Stories): Translating the user story map into dev-ready User Stories with precise acceptance criteria.
