These two statements represent our core philosophies-productivity and empathy. Productivity refers to the never ending pursuit of excellence. We define the goals of productivity, be it process efficiency or technology efficiency and once we achieve it, we shift the goal post (set up new goals) and strive with new vigor to achieve it. This approach keeps us motivated to be better as a company and a team. This effort also helps you, our customers, as that enables us to develop solutions faster and better. The empathy, the desire to identify and understand your problems/issues, is our second core philosophy. We ask questions, which might sound foolish, but that helps us in understanding the problems better. Once we understand the problem, we leave no stone unturned in resolving the same.
